I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Florida State University, and my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Florida State University. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of diverse gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and racial-ethnic backgrounds. I help clients address a variety of presenting concerns, with a focus on fostering connection, understanding, and personal growth.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate the complexities of communication, conflict resolution, intimacy, and sexuality.
