I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and with my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with an Addiction Certificate from Appalachian State University. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of various ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, and racial-ethnic backgrounds. I work alongside clients to address a variety of presenting concerns, with a focus on fostering connections, deepening self-awareness, and unlocking potential for meaningful change.
I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate substance use, intrusive and compulsive thinking patterns, and navigating life transitions. I strive to support clients through their own recovery knowing that addiction is a mental disease and not a moral failing while focusing on practical goals that reduce harm, repair connections, and build sustainable change. I have experience working with perinatal mental health as well as with clients who have traits of or have been diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder.
I believe your history, relationships, and goals are entirely unique to you—your therapy should be too. I blend evidence-based care with an attachment-focused lens to help you develop the insights, practical skills, and resilience needed to conquer challenges and move forward with confidence. Lasting growth and healing is possible, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
